To reheat biscuits, pancakes, muffins, ect.
To reheat biscuits, pancakes,
or muffins, etc...that are cold now
and have been refrigerated, place them in a
microwave with a cup of water. The moisture
in the water will keep it all moist
and help it reheat faster without hardening
up.

What I do is cover my stuff with a wet paper towel. Just wet a piece, wring it out and lay it flat across your dish. I use this trick especially when I'm warming up a slice of pizza.
