Mine is a little smaller than a golf ball... I have been using the same
piece for about 2 1/2 weeks now. It is the
"name brand" foil, not from the dollar store. My mom also suggested putting
it inside a mesh bag as not to scratch the enamel on the dryer which I think
is a super idea! It works great! No static as of yet and I wash at least a
load a day!
Have a great week~

Finally ... someone else that uses this no static trick too
This sounds like an excellent idea. Does the dollar store brand not work. What is the difference? And is your golf ball size crushed tight or just wadded up? Want to try this. Thanks for the post.
