can someone please tell my how to unsubscribe completely from this site. I want to change the amount of email I am getting from subscribed threads. My account just keeps saying I have no subscriptions but I get multiple emails every day.

You aren't receiving mail from the Site, you are subscribed to the Budget101 Yahoogroups discussion list which sends Updates from the Forums.

I did read the unsubscribe directions prior to posting for help. I subscribed to the threads through this site. I get emails from multilple threads daily and just wanted to update which ones I get. I subscribed by going into it from your threads and hitting get email dates on certain ones. I tried the yahoo thing but it is not listed in my yahoo groups under my yahoo or google email.
