Info How to transport a hot casserole baking dish

With the superbowl coming up many people may be having potluck parties, or going to a potluck party.

While they sell special casserole carrying dishes- they're expensive! All you need is a box a bit bigger than the casserole dish, lined with a clean towel. Cover the casserole tightly with tinfoil and then wrap the towel over the top of the dish.
Add rolled up (clean/dry) washcloths or hand towels around the sides of the dish to prevent it from sliding around.

You're dish stays hot and your car stays clean.
