* 1 package chili seasoning
* 1/2 cup of water
* 1/4 cup of catsup
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
* 1 teaspoon mustard
* 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced in small circle size bites
In a saucepan pot add chili seasoning, water, catsup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and mustard over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 15 min. Add the sausage, turn heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve in a bowl with toothpicks on the side for easy snacking.
