    I remember the neighbor doing this for her infant. She used the jello recipe. The babysitter saw all the bottles on the counter, so she thought she would be helpful and put them in the refrigerator. Poor mom had to figure out how to unsolidfy all the bottles when she got home. It is funny now, but not at that time for the new mom.

    I would assume that it depends entirely on which recipe you choose, but from the looks, the ones containing orange juice provide 496 mg of potassium, the ones containing 3 Tbs of honey provide 33 mg of potassium.
