    We made this tonight and it was wonderful! we used an old playdough machine to make the noodles- I didnt want to cut them all by hand!

    Where did you get the pasta drying rack shown in the pictures? It looks so much easier to use than the ones i've seen in the past

    I saw some homemade pasta at the farmers market today made with garlic and kalamata olives (puree). I think that would be really yummy tossed with some olive oil and feta cheese! I LOVE my home made pasta and it is definately a family favorite!
