4 pork chops, boneless
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup applesauce

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour cranberry sauce over top of pork chops, ensuring you cover all of the pork chops. Next, top with a layer of cranberry sauce.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over rice or noodles. (This is particularly wonderful served over cinnamon pasta!)
