    Magic Kingdom -
    • Main Street Bake Shop
      • breakfast quiche $4
      • cottage cheese and fruit $4. For lunch or dinner,
    • Casey's Corner (Main Street)
      • large hot dog with slaw or fries $6
      • side of chili $3.50

    • Columbia Harbor House
      • bowl of clam chowder under $5.

    • Cosmic Ray's (Tomorrowland)
      • half rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables (split it between two people) $9.

    • Sleepy Hollow ( Liberty Square)
      • large ice cream cookie sandwiches for $4.19 that are easy to split

    Epcot -

    • Sunshine Seasons
      • bowl of oatmeal - $2.50.

    • Boulangerie Patisserie (France)
      • ham and cheese croissants for $3.25
      • ham and cheese quiche for $5

    During the cold winter months you can bring your own tea bags or hot cocoa packets into the parks with you (from your hotel!) You can usually get FREE hot water at the counter service restaurants in the theme parks.

    Club Cool Oh, if you go into the Future World section of Epcot, go over to Club Cool, and you can enjoy unlimited FREE samples of various soft drinks that are sold around the world (not in the USA)

    The choices include:

    • Smart Watermelon from China
    • Fanta Kolita from Costa Rica
    • Mezzo Mix from Germany
    • Kinley Lemon from Israel
    • Beverly from Italy (caution- bitter!)
    • Vegeta Beta from Japan
    • Lift Apple from Mexico
    • Krest Ginger Ale from Mozambique
