Memorial Day BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches (feeds 20)
6-7lb. pork shoulder roast
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
Place roast in a slow-cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, liquid smoke and BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 10 hours. Pour off any liquid and shred pork. Serve on hamburger buns with more of your favorite BBQ sauce. Freezes and reheats well.I'm a Freak!
