* One 16 oz. sirloin of beef
* One 16 oz can of Guinness Pub Draught Stout
* One small onion, cut into chunks
* 1/2 tsp of Garlic salt
* 2 pats of butter


Basically you slap the steak on some foil, toss on the onion chunks, add the butter and garlic salt, bring the foil up to form a bowl, dump in a few ounces of guinness, fold the foil tightly. Double wrap in another layer of foil (2 complete full layers). Drink the rest of the Guinness while it Cook in coals, about 45 minutes.
