Grilled or Broiled London Broil
Before grilling, rub both sides of steak with a new spice blend, such as Creole seasoning and garlic-pepper blend. Reserve left overs for use later in the week.

Slice left-over steak and toss with cubed zucchini, tomato wedges, sliced avocado and red onion, and lowfat olive oil and vinegar dressing.
