Ok this one is really good and you can play around with it to your likings.

Preheat oven to 325. Spray bunt pan.

1/4 c ice crean topping caramel (poured into bottom of bunt pan)
1 cake mic (pick a flavor) fixed according to directions and poured over caramel
1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk, 4 eggs blended in blender and poured over cake.

Cover bunt pan with aluminum foil. Place pan in 9 x 13 pan filled with 2 inches of water and place in oven. Bake for 1 hour. Take out of oven and let sit in water bath 15 min. Remove from bath and cool completely then invert on plate.

You come out with caramel, flan, moist cake.

I have made it with chocolate and yellow cake mix. I have read where someone used a 12 c bunt pan and added 1 more egg and 8 oz cream cheese. Or you can add spices to the flan mixture. I added chocolate syrup with the caramel last time and my three year old ate almost the whole cake in no time he was fighting every one off of it we had to hide it to keep him from getting sick.
