2 cans cresent rolls
1/2 lb italian sausage (I used what was on sale at the story in the roll)
1/2 lb ground beef
peppers, onions, mushrooms, and oregano to taste ( you can ommit what you do not like and use as much as you like)
1 can spagetti sauce ( savalot brand worked good)
1 pkg cottage cheese or riccota (I omitted I just used more shredded cheese we do not like cottage cheese)
1 egg(ommited since I did not use cottage cheese)
1/2 c parmesan cheese
6 oz mozzerella cheese

brown meat and drain add peppers, onions, mushrooms, oregano and sauce cook thru til heated. in seprate bowl mix cottage cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese.

In 9x13 pan layer in this order:
1 can rolls spreade out on bottom
1/2 meat mix
all cheese filling ( I just added mozzerella cheese here)
1/2 meat filling
mozzerella cheese
then the other can of rolls

Bake 350 for 35 min.
