Default Re: National Parks and State Parks

I love going to parks, especially since my budget for "date night" with my husband is practically nonexistant! We normally take a picnic (breakfast on hot summer days) and then just walk around enjoying the view. If there's a lake or river, we may bring towels and changes of clothes. When there's plenty of open space, you could also bring a frisbee, football, volleyball, etc. to toss around. If you have a pet dog, I bet they'd love getting out to the park as well.

My first date with my husband was to a city park with a river flowing through it. He tried to impress me by jumping off some high rocks into the river. I guess it worked...
