When you use any of these (Toilet Bowl Cleaner
    Toilet Bowl Ring Remover I
    Toilet Bowl Ring Remover II
Toilet Stain Cleaner) should the toilet be drained of water or the water left in? I may be a dummy for asking but I need to know. LOL Thank you so much for your answer and especially for your site. It is wonderful and I am so thankful for finding it.

If you use the bleach method, make sure there's water in it. This is how we've been cleaning our toilet for years. Just make sure if you put bleach in your toilet overnight, make sure that no one uses it unless they flush first. I've made that mistake more than once and it's not pleasant. Bleach mixed with urine or feces makes a horrible smell.
