Dinner Tonight Gizzards

Gizzard soup
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 # gizzards cleaned & halved
2 cans chic broth

2-3 chic bouillon Cubes
2 cups water
combine flour and salt in seal-able bag--add gizzards and shake to coat--in soup kettle brown gizzards in oil and add water , bouillon cubes and broth--cover and simmer for 2-3 hours until tender--add noodles and cook until done
