About 2-3 cups what ever veggie you have shredded or cut up (lightly steamed, not fully cooked)
Spices you like
I put in onion, bell pepper, things like that for flavor
2 cups cracker crumbs
1 cup evaporated milk (or 1/2 C cream of corn, 1/2 c evap milk)
Cheese if you like


Bake uncovered in cassarole at 350 for 40 minutes
