Grilled Flank Steak
If your family can devour one in one sitting, you may want to get one a bit larger
Before grilling, rub steak with a mixture of fresh lime juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and salt and pepper. Grill (or broil) for about 7-15 minutes per side depending on thickness. Cut across the grain and serve. Reserve leftover for later in the week.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches
Slice steak (from earlier in the week); layer on split hero roll with sauteed peppers and onions. Top with sliced Cheddar cheese; bake until cheese melts.
