I'm sure that all of you are as bored as I am with the menus, so I'm adding in my 'exciting' snacks to liven things up for your reading pleasure! LOL! the good news is that I've lost a total of seven pounds after two weeks of boring foods

S: berry smoothie

D: peas, mixed veggies, and brown rice

S: apple and water
L. beans and a salad (think I'll use salsa instead of dressing and pretend it's a taco salad;->)
D: veggie burger and brown rice

D: broiled flounder, brown rice, and peas

L: ham sandwich, carrot and celery sticks
D: brown rice, peas, and mixed veggies

S: salad
L: brown rice, peas, and mixed veggies
D: veggie burger and brown rice

next week I'll post 'real' menus since I get to eat whatever I want in moderation and then it's back to another three boring weeks until I reach my goal. it just occurred to me that posting this helps keep me motivated...
