the best thing that I can say about this diet -- besides losing five pounds -- is that is excellent on the budget! brown rice and frozen veggies? how cheap is that! LOL! I've purchased the fruits that are in season and on sale...the 'salad' bags have been on sale for less than their 'whole' ingredients so I've saved there and have a bit of variety of the leafy greens for the salads
