Linguine with Tuna, Capers, and Olives
7-oz can tuna
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs parsley
1/2 cup mixed green and black olives, chopped
3 tbs capers
1 garlic clove, finely chipped
5 anchovy fillets, chopped

pepper, to taste
1-lb pkg linguine
salt, to taste
In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients except linguine, tossing thoroughly to distribute them evenly, then set aside. Cook pasta as directed. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce in the bowl. Serve immediately. 4 servings = about 840 calories.
