KFC Chicken Seasoning Mix
KFC Chicken Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon sage
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
1 package Lipton tomato cup-a-soup mix
Place all ingredients in blender with on\off speed for 3-4 minutes to pulverize, or rub through a fine strainer.
Store in an airtight container.
Add 1 oz. mix to cup of flour for coating chicken.

Oh, I hope this really DOES taste like KFC's seasoning! That's just been something I've not been able to replicate. I'm so anxious to try this recipe!! Printing it off, now! Thanks!

Before I actually had the chance to read all of the comments I had intended on letting everyone know I have used this successfully leaving out the Lipton mix. I've never added it and it is still very good. I don't use it for anything else, so I don't buy it specifically for this. I'm sure it is very good with it also.
