      Default chick-fil-a chicken sandwich

How to Make Your own Chick-Fil-A Sandwich

      3 c peanut oil
      2 T salt
      1/2 t. pepper
      1egg
      2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
      1 c milk halved
      1 c flour
      2 1/2 T powdered sugar
      2 T melted butter

      4 plain hamburger buns
      8 dill pickle slices

In a ziploc bag or bowl combine flour, sugar, salt & pepper.

In a medium size bowl beat the egg, add the milk and whisk to combine.

Dip the chicken the egg/milk mix and then into the bag of spiced flour, shake to coat, repeat to ensure a thick, even coating.

Deep Fry, flip. While the chicken is frying lightly butter the burger buns and put 2 pickles on each set.

Drain the chicken on paper towels before placing on the bun.

      Default Re: chick-fil-a chicken sandwich

I have neither a deep fryer or pressure cooker---any other suggestions?
