Asparagus Parmigiano
1/2 lb leftover asparagus
4 tbs mayonnaise
2 oz shredded Parmigiano Reggiano or best parmesan cheese you can buy

Turn on broiler. Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish and spread liberally with mayonnaise. Sprinkle shredded parmesan over mayonnaise. Broil until cheese is brown.
