    Great menu! I love black beans & yellow rice! I like to make a corn, tomato, red onion salad to go with it.

    I was planning to make pita bread tomorrow for gyros but I've never made it before. I have only one recipe, but I would prefer a tried & true one. Care to share yours?
    I am SO looking forward to "empty-nest syndrome"!
