Sweet & White Potato Spears
Makes: 8 servings
1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into thin spears
1-1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), cut into thin spears
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
HEAT oven to 375°F.
TOSS potatoes with dressing.
SPREAD onto lightly greased baking sheet.
BAKE 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, turning after 30 min. and topping with cheese the last 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
Substitute 2 tsp. parsley flakes for the chopped fresh parsley
