Serves: 2

1 can (about 16 ounces) white kidney beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups PaceŽ Chunky Salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
Assorted cracker

Mash the beans lightly in a 1-quart bowl with a fork. Stir in the salsa, cilantro and lime juice. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve with the crackers.
