    Piggy Rib Eye Steaks with a Mole Rub

    Rib Eye Steaks with a Mole Rub
    4 boneless rib eye steaks, trimmed of excess fat
    1/4 cup oliv oil, plus additional for grill grate
    Rub:
    1 tbs plus 1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp each oregano, cumin, onion salt

    1/2 tsp each garlic powder, cocoa, salt, pepper
    Brush grill grate with oil. Rub each steak with 1 tbs olive oil. Set aside at room temperature while preparing rub. In small bowl, mix rub ingredients. Massage 2 1/2 tsp of rub into each steak, coating bottom, top and sides. Place steaks on grill. cover. Grill about 5 minutes for rare, 6 for medium-rare, 8 for medium or 10 for well-done, turning once. 4 servings = about 580 calories.
    note: you can use this rub on any cut of steak I can only get rib eyes when they're in the mark-down bin! LOL!
