    Default Breakfast Tacos

    Breakfast Tacos
    6 tortillas
    8 eggs
    2 tbs milk
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

In a medium size microwave-safe bowl, mix together well eggs and milk. Cover bowl with paper towel. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring once after 2 minutes, or until cooked and fluffy. Heat tortillas as directed on the package. Spoon warm eggs onto each tortilla. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese and fold tortilla. 6 servings.
you can make these ahead and freeze them individually, then nuke when ready if you decide to make ahead, don't heat the tortillas or they'll be tough when you nuke 'em.

I make these a lot but I've always used sausage. I'll have to try bacon next time! thanks for the idea!
