What a great question......how about some hamburger stew? If you have some beef broth, or beef packets from ramen noodles, can of beef soup or anything like that would work. Cook your hamburger and add you other veggies. Then you have dinner. Hope this helps some.

My first thought was a nice vegetable stew. If you don't want to use them right away you can freeze them to use later.

You could always make another pot pie and freeze it. Great to have in the freezer for those times you just do NOT want to come up with anything.

How about throwing them over some ground meat like beef or lamb or turkey, top with mashed potatoes and you've got a shepard's pie.

the first thing that popped into my head was a veggie soup or stew as suggested. but as I prepare for a camping trip with friends...'Hobo Stew' comes to mind that's pretty much, an anything goes kinda recipe. if you have it, put it in, add seasonings, and play with it until it's as you want it (or it's dinner time! LOL!). experiment, have fun, enjoy, and share your experiences!!!

Drain them and cook 2 pkgs of ramen noodles, add the remaining veggies and have a vegetable soup. I'd add a minced garlic clove, maybe some cut up leftover chicken.

Or you could make a rue (basic cream sauce) add the veggies and serve over hot biscuits.

Or make a veggie omelette, just add a little cheese

or scramble some eggs and toss in various veggies
    ~Enjoy!~

    South American Chicken
Saute some chopped onion with some Sazon Goya Seasoning (1 packet) add the veggies (drained), throw in some shredded chicken. Serve with "aji" (salsa) made by placing 1 chopped tomato, a little bit of jalapeno & some salt in the blender & pureeing. - SOOOOOOOOOOOO goooooooooodddddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, it basically the filling for Bolivian Chicken Empanadas
