Fifty Cent Soup
This may cost more than fifty cents
1 package ramen (we like chicken or beef)
2 T. frozen peas
2 T. frozen corn
1 T. dried chopped onions
2 eggs, beaten
Follow ramen directions using a saucepan. Add the
frozen veggies. When soup is almost done, while
slowly stirring, add beaten egg in a thin steady
stream.Last edited by frugaljan; 07-03-2009 at 10:11 PM. Reason: servings: this makes enough for 2 people
