    Star Dump and Run Chicken

    Dump and Run Chicken
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (will be shredded so use the amount of meat needed for your family)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushroom pieces and stems, drained

6 carrots, scraped and chopped (bite size)
Put the carrots in the bottom of the crockpot, layer the chicken, mushroom soup and carrots the rest of the way up. Add salt and pepper sparingly on each layer. You can always add more later so don't overdo it. Don't add any water or other liquid to this, the chicken breast will "add" it's own liquid. Put the lid on, turn the crockpot on low and let it cook all day or all night, at least 8 to 10 hours. The chicken will be coming apart so just pull apart any remaining big pieces when you are ready to eat and serve over either hot rice or your favorite pasta.

It is VERY yummy and is a great recipe for hiding most veggies. As a last resort you can scoop out the veggies that you decide to serve with some of the 'juice' and puree in the blender. Then add it back to the crockpot to warm up! Your picky eater will never know;-D

It is so quick to prepare, yummy, and works well with most fresh veggies that you may or not need to hide! Frozen veggies can be used, just need to add an hour or so before the cooking process ends depending on the veggie;-D
