Crescent Roll "deep dish" pizza

1 tube Crescent Roll dough
1 package pepperoni
1 jar pizza sauce
1 package shredded cheese (I use a mix of mozz & chedder)
**Extra toppings to taste (me and the kids won't eat other toppings
usually, so I can't really add the cost in accuratly)

Using a 9x9 or 7x12 dish (longer and narrower, but not as big as a
9x13), spread the crescent roll dough into the bottom. Do not
sepereate the triangles. Squish together the "seams" in the dough.
Cover with pizza sauce, toppings, & cheese, and bake for 10-15
minutes at the same temp as the crescent rolls say on the tube. You
end up with a very light, flakey, deep dish crust that has a very
light sweet flavor to it.
