LOL! that's actually what I have planned for NEXT Sunday's dinner however, you can have the recipe...today! LOL!
Blue Cheese-Turkey Burgers with Apple Chopped Salad
    burgers:
8 turkey patties or 2 lb ground turkey shapped into 8 patties
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    4 hamburger buns
    Salad:
2 ribs celery with leafy tips, chopped
    1 apple, chopped
    3 tbs blue cheese dressing
Sprinkle turkey patties with salt and pepper. Place 2 tbs cheese in center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining 4 patties. Press edges together to seal. Heat heavy large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook 13 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center, turning once. spoon barbecue sauce over burgers. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until browned and sauce is caramelized, turning once. Place in buns. Meanwhile, toss all salad ingredients in medium bowl. Serve with burgers. 4 sandwiches = about 670 calories.

    Thank you so much.
That is how we make our blue-chesse burgers.
I also do a inside out burger ..we just put a slice of chesse in the middle
    and cover with another burger.

Now that Apple Chopped salad, never done that one before.
    But i will!!!

    Thank you again.

    Country Breakfast Quiche
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, squeezed dry
    1/4 cup Parmesan
    2 tbs butter, melted, diveded
1 tsp mixed herbs -- thyme, onion powder, rosemary and/or paprika
    1/2 tsp salt, divided
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups half-and-half
    1 tbs all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup Gruyere or Swiss, chredded
4 oz cooked ham, sausage or bacon, chopped
Heat oven to 425. spray 9-in quiche pan or deep-dish pie pan with cooking spray. Combine potatoes, Parmesan, 1 tbs of the butter, herbs and 1/4 tsp of the salt in medium bowl. Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are set. Cool 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350. Meanwhile, whisk eggs, half-and-half, flour, remaining 1 tbs butter, remaining 1/4 tsp salt and pepper in medium bowl. sprinkle Gruyere cheese and ham over crust. Pour in egg mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before slicing. 8 servings = about 260.
