    Default Pot Poi (not totally dump and run -- see note in recipe)

    Pot Poi (includes recipe for MYO noodles OR you can substitute with store bought)
    Beef ? Chicken ? Turkey
    Parsley flakes
    Celery
    Onions
    Potatoes
    Eggs
    Margarine
    Put meat in crock-pot or stockpot. Simmer parsley, onion, and diced celery with meat, ?til meat is cooked well and falls from bone. Remove meat. While meat cools, cook pot poi noodles and potato chunks in boiling broth. The broth will thicken while cooking. Pull meat apart, drop into boiling mixture, along with salt, pepper, and 1/4 lb margarine.
    Pot Poi Noodles
    2 servings:
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    Salt
    1 egg
    Milk (3 half egg shells filled)
    Mix ? roll ? cut ? cook in boiling broth for 30 minutes.
