Potato Salad ~ Vinegar vs Apple Cider Vinegar
I made Potato Salad today. Lost my old recipe and could not remember which vinegar to put in it. Well I put Apple Cider Vinegar in (should have put regular). Anybody know how to cut the Apple Cider aftertaste out of it? Do I just keep adding more mayo and mustard ? It tastes OK, but there is an aftertaste.Hope Everyone Is Enjoying The Day. I think you answered your own question. White vinegar. Sugar mightl help cut the intensity of the cider vinegar, but just making more of the salad will reduce the percentage of the cider vinegar.I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.
