    Default Lip Smacking Chicken Drumsticks

    16 Chicken Drumsticks
    For marinade:
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    Juice and zest of 1 orange
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Put chicken drumsticks into the bowl and stir until all the drumsticks are coated with the sauce. Cover with plastic cling wrap and leave in the fridge to marinate at least a couple of hours. When barbeque is hot, place chicken pieces on grill. Cook them for at least 25 minutes, turning them occasionally, making sure that they cook evenly on all sides and that the meat is cooked through to the bone. Ensure that the food is thoroughly cooked by checking that that all juices run clear.
