Default Lite Cool & Creamy Summertime Pie recipe

This pie is super easy, light/low-fat, and perfect for a warmer weather dessert.

1 package of sugar-free Jello mix (any flavor, 4-serving size)
1- 8 oz tub fat free whipped topping
    reduced fat graham cracker crust

Boil water for jello, using 2/3 cup of water. Add 1 cup cold water as directed. Whisk in the whipped topping. Set in fridge for 30 minutes.

Pour evenly into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours - overnight.
