    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 cup vegetable oil

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in
center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined. Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Cool loaves in pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans and let cool completely on wire racks. You may add 1 cup chopped nuts to batter, if desired.
