    Default Coleslaw ~ Apple Coleslaw

    Coleslaw
Have coleslaw leftover from that last cook out or picnic? 1 cup is all you need for the next recipe...still slaw with a twist!

    Apple Coleslaw
    1 cup cole slaw
    1/3 cup raisins
    3 tbsp nonfat mayonnaise

3 tbsp plain low fat yogurt, or sour cream
2 apples, cored and coarsely shredded
Combine all ingredients and salt to taste in a bowl. Toss gently to combine. Chill and serve. 4 servings = about 115 calories

Oh my this one look like a really good one. I have a few apples left, this might be a good one to make for tomorrow. We are having company for dinner tomorrow night, they may enjoy this one. Thanks so much for the great recipe.

I'm not a big fan of coleslaw. I have a taste for it ever so often and you just CAN'T make a little bit! LOL! I found that I can 'recycle' it this way and it changes it just enough to make it a different dish. hope your guests enjoy it

We don't eat it alot either, but I really like the idea of something different too. The apples should add a nice twist to this dish.
