Default How to Dye Easter Eggs

There really is no need to buy dyes when you can find the ingredients right in your cupboard. You will need:

    Hot water
    vinegar (any kind will do)
    food coloring
    crayons (optional)
    Cups

Place one teaspoon of vinegar in each container. Add about 1-1/2 cups of hot water (hot tap water is fine) to the vinegar. Put in a few drops of food coloring and stir. Then just dye the eggs like the store kind...place them in the cups until you get the desired color. Optional: use a crayon to draw on the eggs before you dye them.
