    Default Dijon Honey Mustard Baste

most everyone thinks Dijon mustard and/or honey go on poultry or pork. well, here's a twist for you
    Dijon Honey Mustard Baste
2 lb steak, get the cheap cut...I love chuck steaks with this, but it's fabulous on any cut of beef
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp pepper
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until mixture is liquid. Brush mixture over steak(s) occasionally while grilling. 4 servings = about 75 calories.
just another experiment ladies that turned out soooo well...
