    Smile Lemon/Lime/Orange Zest

We normally do not have these items fresh. When we do could I grate/zest them and store in the fridge or freezer? If so , How long will they store?

I actually dehydrate the zest and freeze the rest of the fruit. The peel changes texture if you freeze the whole fruit, which is why you should zest it first.
I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.
