    Default Re: Fresh Broccoli Salad

This sounds good. I make a broccoli salad that I like to make in the summer, but it's good anytime.

1 head of broccoli, cut into bit size
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bit size
1 bunch of green onoins, cut up
1 handful of bacon bits, in the pouch(the real kind)
1 cup or so of shredded cheese
    1 bottle of ranch dressing

Mix altogther, except for shredded cheese, add it at the last minute. This is better if made the night before. It lets the dressing really soak into everything.

I guess at alot of the measurements. Because I've made it so many times, I just add as much or as little as I want.

Wisdom is doing now what you will be happy with later on.
