    2 tbs orange juice
    1 tbs lemon juice
    1 tsp hoisin sauce
    1/2 tsp Chinese chili paste (what? you don't stock this! use regular 1/2 tsp chili powder -- won't be as HOT, but that's okay;-0)
    1 tsp ginger

    2 garlic cloves, minced
    In small bowl, combine all ingredients but the turkey Mix until well blended. Brush mixture over turkey occasionally while grilling. 4 servings = about 10 calories.
    this is so great over a fire pit on a camping trip!

    Is Chinese Chili Paste the same as regular chili paste? Or do I need to add more chili powder to it?

    if you want it really spicy, add more chili powder (and a few drops of water). if you DON'T want it REALLY spicy, the regular chili paste will do just fine
