    Open Fire Fish

    4 small fish-any kind you like (or 2 medium cut in half)
    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onions, sliced
    1 medium bell pepper, slices
    1 medium tomato, sliced (optional)
    4 T butter
    salt to taste
    1/2 t lemon pepper (to each packet)
    1 Lemon, sliced (optional)

    If fresh caught; clean and gut fish, if store bought; unwrap fish. Put salt and lemon pepper all over fish. Cut fish so you have four equal pieces. Take 4 squares of foil big enough to hold fish and vegetables from roll. Place fish in the middle of the foil. Put cut up vegetables in foil with fish. Put a Tablespoon of butter in the center of each foil packet. Fold foil so no juices will escape. Lay these packets in the coals of your wood fire and cook until done. Make sure to turn them every once in a while to get done all the way around. Serves 4.
