    Default Eggcellent Easter Cupcakes


    Moist chocolate cupcakes decorated with pastel icing and candy sprinkles.

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 cups sugar
    4 tbsp butter
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 cups milk


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and butter together by hand. Add baking powder and cocoa powder. Add eggs, mixing one at a time, and milk. With a mixer, mix well until smooth. Place cupcake holders in a cupcake tin, fill 2/3 full, and place in oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. When done, decorate with Easter candy, icing and sprinkles.
