    Thumbs up Artichoke with Lemon

    Artichoke with Lemon
    2 artichokes, stem ends and leaves trimmed
    1/4 cup lemon juice, from concentrate
    Place artichokes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 35-40 minutes or until stem ends are tender when pierced. Drain. Serve artichokes with lemon juice and pepper to taste. 2 servings = about 65 calories.
