    Steak, leftover red tomato rice, and leftover carrots (and spiced nut-candy corn snack mix for 'movie' night;->)

    Spiced Nut-Candy Corn Snack Mix
    Combine 1 tbs packed brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp coarse salt and 1/4 tsp cayenne. Heat 1 tsp canola oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Stir in 2 cups salted mixed nuts and spice mixture. Cook 4 minutes or until nuts are toasted and fragrant. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 cups candy corn. Makes 4 cups.
